Greg Louganis, King of diving in SEOUL

　　Greg Louganis, the Diving King from the United States, has been winning at almost every international competition since the 1978 World Cup diving competition. Tan Liangde of China �C his mighty task is to de-throne him.

　　But Louganis retained his crown. He won both in springboard and platform diving. It is his second consecutive gold medal in the Olympic men's springboard competition. With this great feat behind him, Louganis declares his retirement.
