  (BEIING, August 23) -- The Republic of Korea won bronze by brushing aside Hungary with a score of 33-28 in the bronze medal match of the Women's Handball tournament at the National Indoor Stadium on Saturday, August 23.

  Hungary, after this defeat, now ranks fourth in the Women's Olympic tournament.

  Moon Pil-hee scored a team-high ten goals for the ROK team while the Hungary's top scorer was Bernadett Ferling, who contributed seven goals out of thirteen attempts.
