(BEIJING, August 20) -- Spain comfortably defeated Croatia 72-59 in their Men's Basketball quarterfinal clash on August 20.

　　Spain took the first quarter 22-11 and maintained a lead at halftime with the scoreboard reading 37-26. They extended their lead after the third quarter, ending it 51-38, and eventually won the match 72-59.

　　They will face either China or Lithuania in the semifinal on August 22.
