(BEIJING, August 24) -- Alexey Tishchenko of Russia beat Daouda Sow of France 11-9 to win the gold medal in the Boxing lightweight (60kg) class. This was Tishchenko's second straight Olympic gold medal, after a gold medal in the featherweight class at Athens 2004. |
